Innovation

Elevating your event through creative excellence.

We present a custom, all-encompassing design deck filled with inspiration and transformative ideas ranging from attire, structural plans, florals, stationery, and lighting. Sketches and renderings allow you to envision every aspect of the event. Selections are proposed for complementary linens, fine tableware, and any other specialty rentals. Thoughtful, personal details representive of you are infused within, creating the surprise and delight moments that will be remembered endlessly.

The focus is not solely on visual aesthetics - we collaborate with your banquet and other vendors to craft custom menus and interactive components, developing a complete, immersive guest experience.

Education and Curation

We’ll prepare itemized budget estimates and begin sourcing vendor partners.

These custom, comprehensive budget estimates are based on your priorities and expectations, formulated using our decades of knowledge and research relative to the market your event is to take place. We give you a realistic understanding of costs for quality goods and services, making recommendations as to where we should focus our resources for maximum impact. Together, we will develop a budget within your comfort that lends itself to the desired scale of event.

We’ll then begin to scout venues, secure accommodations, and curate a foundational team of vendors and professional partners.

Preparation

Meticulous logistical management is essential to making those grand plans a beautiful reality.

With a design locked in, our team will orchestrate the many layered logistics of putting the plan in action. We anticipate and address any necessary mechanics for installations through expertise and close collaboration with the highest quality vendors. Precise diagrams and extensive production schedules are developed to accommodate the setup specifications of all creative partners involved. Countless hours are devoted to strategically planning the execution of the event down to every last detail, ensuring efficiency and excellence on the wedding weekend.

Production

Where the magic happens.

Our team and support staff are onsite from setup through strike, closely managing the entire execution of the wedding weekend over the course of multiple days. By providing a solution-oriented approach we serve as a resource to the vendor team, in addition to supporting you two, your families, and the guest experience through meticulous care and high-touch concierge services.

In staying true to our commitment of excellent hospitality, we fully extend ourselves to deliver a flawless celebration with seemingly effortless ease.

The Investment

In the spirit of transparency, A Southern Soirée weddings are fully customized and meticulously detailed, with each investment thoughtfully reflecting this level of personalization. The events showcased in our portfolio and on social media represent a range of budgets, influenced by various factors, including guest count and the destination’s market rates. While we do not set strict minimums for event budgets, our clients typically invest at least $1000 per guest to achieve the elevated experience we are known for delivering.
