THE VISION
After two years of postponement due to the pandemic, Bianca and Chris were finally married at St. Michael's Catholic Church and hosted their family and friends for an evening reception at North Ridge Country Club.
Their wedding weaved their personal stories and cultural heritages, with Bianca being part Native American and Chris being Lebanese. The reception featured a traditional Lebanese Zaffe and sword cake cutting, as well as a Native American Blessing ceremony.
THE DETAILS
Bianca and Chris' wedding design was a spectacular display of personalized details that celebrated their ancestry as well as their hobbies and interests, with an emphasis for their shared love of soccer. A recurring theme throughout were tree motifs - including the iconic Lebanese cedar tree and Dogwood tree blossoms as an ode to the state flower of North Carolina, Bianca's home state.
A seating chart held acrylic soccer jerseys that escorted guests to their seats. On display was Bianca's National Championship soccer ball from her time on the UNC Women's Soccer Team.
As a nod to the iconic UNC argyle print, we created a custom argyle pattern that incorporated the Lebanese Cedar Tree.
Layered placesettings made for elegant tablescapes, and guests' place cards featured a dogwood blossom motif.
