Stunning. Unique. Stylish. All perfect words to describe Amanda and Matt’s October wedding at The Umstead Hotel. This adorable couple was so much fun to work with. Not only were they kind and thoughtful, but they were also detail driven in getting ready for their big day. That made them perfect for us, and made for the perfect wedding!  We were able to bring both of their styles together and make it a day their family and friends will always remember.

Anna at Meristem Floral outdid herself with so many interesting details, from the ceremony arbor to a teepee …yes, you read that right, a teepee…for guests to hang out in during cocktail hour! Amanda and Matt spared no detail, even when guests moved into the ballroom for dinner and dancing. The wedding party and their dates were welcomed to their table with custom laser-cut placecards and beautiful wood chargers. One of our favorite parts was the hand-dipped dyed napkins! The energetic Dickens band and ZimZoom Photobooth with a custom “You Are The Best Thing” backdrop, provided enjoyment for everyone. Amanda and Matt ended the evening walking through a line of their loved ones tossing fragrant dried lavender!
