Emily and Paul were married this past June at Rock Quarry Farm, tucked away among the trees in Chapel Hill. We had so much fun helping them and their families plan such a beautiful day. In case you didn’t see
Emily and Paul’s engagement blog, they are outdoorsy people! They love all the elements nature has to offer. Thankfully, nature was on their side the day of their wedding. We could not have asked for a more perfect sunny and cool day in June! Playing up those outdoor elements was key to creating the perfect design.
English Garden did an amazing job bringing this vision to life with colorful flowers, moss table runners, and fresh rosemary sprigs that were placed at each place setting.
I think one of our favorite parts about the wedding (other than watching Emily and Paul say “I Do”) was the magic that
Get Lit Special Event Lighting did inside the barn. Adding to the existing market lights, we filled the entire barn ceiling with a mixture of large and small twinkle lights as well has hanging lanterns. As the night went on, it looked almost as if everyone was dancing under the stars. It was absolute perfection! Thank you so much Emily and Paul, for trusting A Southern Soiree to help plan such a wonderful day for you and your friends and family!
Also, a big thank you to
Azul Photography for capturing all the moments of the day!
