We can find fun ways and special touches to enhance your wedding and increase your guests’ enjoyment ANY time of year! Below are some of our favorite ideas for both WARM and COOL weddings:
FALL/WINTER WEDDING ENHANCEMENTS:
The chill is in the air and your guests are coming to celebrate. Keep them warm, toasty and excited!
Add a Cappucino/Coffee/Hot Chocolate Bar at the Reception. What better way to warm up than with a tasty beverage made right in front of them? Include fun toppings like homemade whipped cream, cinnamon sticks, marshmallows, and chocolate shavings for guests to customize their creation! If you’re local to the area, check out Event Espresso as an option for your event!

Provide wraps for female guests during the ceremony and reception. They’ll be warm and comfortable and they’ll take home a great memory from your big day.
How about a warm doughnut and biscuit bar as a late night snack before the guests go home? We probably don’t even need to talk anymore about this one. Just think…YUM!
Warm Apple Cider passed out to guests upon their arrival at the ceremony is a great touch…and a fabulous smell everyone will love.

Set up a fun Lemonade or Sweet Tea Stand, a Snow Cone Station, or a Create Your Own Ice Cream Sundae Bar or a Gelato stand like below! Keep the guests cool and happy at the same time, and add an ice cream scoop favor to really make an impression.
White Umbrellas set up like these will protect your guests from the heat of the sun during your outdoor ceremony:
A Gelato Bar or Martini Station is a great addition to go with wedding cake.
Send the guests home at the end of the evening with passed mini-milkshake shots as a late night treat!
Add a Cigar roller and supply monogrammed bands as a favor for guests to enjoy at the end of the night or take home and savor later.
