We are extremely excited to share this story with you about John and Tracy’s engagement! John contacted us back in October to help him pull off one of the biggest surprises of Tracy’s life! He told us he wanted to propose to Tracy (his girlfriend of three years) and needed our help pulling everything together! We gladly accepted and began working on the details right away.
November 3rd was the day of the proposal. It was a crisp, sunny day in the triangle. John asked Tracy to go to the art festival in Chapel Hill during the morning. She never suspected that John was about to receive a phone call asking them to rush over to Umstead Park to help a friend in need. Once they arrived at the park, John told Tracy they needed to find the boathouse entrance. Winding down the trail to the boathouse, they stumbled upon a guitarist and a violinist playing beautiful music. John quickly pulled Tracy over to the waterfront and in the blink of an eye dropped to one knee and asked Tracy for her hand in marriage! She happily said YES!
A huge thank you to Save the Date Music for providing lovely music and Christobal with Azul Photography for capturing these images!

What she thought was a walk to pick someone up from the park….

… turned into the best day of her life!

Don’t worry … she said YES!

Save the Date Music was perfect for their picnic 🙂

She was so excited to find out the picnic was for them too!

Love this picture of Tracy 🙂

It was a beautiful day!

Congratulations John and Tracy!! We are so happy for the both of you 🙂
